We apply delivery fees on a per-order basis:

Free Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
For Express Delivery, please ensure your order is placed by 3 pm GMT for guaranteed prompt delivery.
Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. We will keep you informed with updated delivery details if any changes occur.
If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address than the billing address, please ensure both shipping and billing information are correct during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address.
Ownership of the items passes to you as soon as payment is fully received. You will be responsible for the items once they are delivered.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel to the provided address, they will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect the parcel, typically from your local sorting office. If the parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us. We can arrange for redelivery, but please note that you may be charged for this additional delivery. If no instructions are received within 7 days, we will issue a refund, minus the delivery and handling charges.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details during checkout, as we are not liable for any delivery issues once your order is dispatched. For delivery concerns after dispatch, please reach out to Royal Mail with your tracking number for further assistance.
